These are examples of some gilding work that I have done, by commission or for myself.  Some represent collaborations with my talented friends.

A hand turned bowl (by Dave Dunn) was edged with 23k gold.

A basswood box was painted red, and then compo was applied and gilt with 23k gold. It was wiped with a dark varnish.

Engraved letters on marker stone were gilt with 23k gold.

This engraved Celtic cross, in marfil crème marble, was gilt with 23k gold.

The logo for Seasons Hospice was sandblasted in redwood (by Brendon Brandon), and then the raised area was covered with 23k gold.

This gingko leaf of hand carved cherry (by Nick Poleschuk) was gilt with 23k gold, and then tinted with gouache and shellac.

A Mogen David was sandblasted into granite, and then gilt with 23k gold.
