First, a giclee is made from the watercolor original, on archival, heavy-weight artist's paper. Then, it is meticulously hand-gilded with 23k gold. The letters are slightly raised gilding, and the rings are flat. Each finished piece is an original, slightly different from all others. It is framed with a single, archival mat, and a gold frame.
